Withdrawals on rekt must return to the same method used for your initial deposit. If you funded your account via mobile banking, all withdrawals go back to local payment. This matching requirement prevents fraud and meets regulatory requirements in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. You request a withdrawal in your account settings, confirm the destination account, and our verification team reviews the request. Approved withdrawals begin processing within our standard window: typically 1–2 business days for bank transfers, 1–4 hours for digital wallets. Your destination provider then settles the funds into your account.

We will lock your account, review transaction history, and work with you to recover unauthorized transactions if possible.

We monitor accounts for unusual activity: logins from new devices, sudden large withdrawals, or access from countries where you have never logged in before. If our fraud detection system flags your account, we send you an SMS alert asking you to confirm the activity. You respond "approve" or "deny" in real time. If you deny, that session is terminated and logged.

Prohibited activities and account suspension

If we discover prohibited activity, we suspend your account, freeze your balance, and may refer your case to law enforcement. We do not refund balances associated with prohibited activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to any player at any time without cause, though we will explain suspension decisions when possible.

Jurisdiction and legal framework for rekt

Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We operate under the legal frameworks applicable to online gaming platforms in Indonesia and other supported regions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Indonesian law and international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of rekt shall be resolved through our dispute process first. If either party seeks legal action, such action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving our operational region.

Closure and account termination

You may close your rekt account at any time by contacting our support team. We process account closures within 3 business days. Any remaining balance is withdrawn to your registered payment method. Closed accounts retain their history in our records for regulatory purposes, but you lose access to the account permanently. You may open a new account at any time after closure, provided you pass KYC verification.
