We do not create accounts for users under the legal age in their jurisdiction, and we reserve the right to suspend any account if we discover age verification was fraudulent.

If we detect prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice. Your account balance may be forfeited. We may report the activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities in your jurisdiction or ours.

Our rekt servers are located outside Indonesia and may be located in jurisdictions with different data protection standards. Your personal data (name, ID, payment information, transaction history) is transmitted to and stored on these servers. By using rekt, you consent to this cross-border data transfer. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, but you acknowledge that your jurisdiction's data protection laws may not apply to rekt's systems.

We comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We report suspicious activity and large transactions to financial intelligence units in jurisdictions where we operate. Dispute resolution and legal jurisdiction for rekt

Any disputes arising from your use of rekt are resolved through our internal dispute process first. We review your claim, provide a written decision, and offer an appeal if you disagree. Our decisions are based on our published rules and terms of service.

If you pursue legal action against rekt, you agree that such action shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in our operational region. You waive any claim that a different jurisdiction's law should apply. rekt is not bound by any local legal system outside our operational framework.

For legal inquiries, complaints, or jurisdictional questions, contact our legal department via in-app support. We respond within 5 business days. If you are unable to resolve a legal concern through rekt support, you may escalate to the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in your jurisdiction, if one exists.

Changes to rekt's jurisdictional policy

We may update this notice at any time to reflect changes in our service availability or regulatory requirements. We notify all active users of material changes via email or in-app message at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of rekt after the notification date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If we cease operations in your jurisdiction, we provide a notice period allowing you to withdraw your balance. We do not abandon user funds. Upon service discontinuation, we ensure all remaining balances are returned to users via their registered payment methods or held in escrow pending your withdrawal request.
