We require two documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: a government-issued photo ID and proof of current address. rekt does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the full amount reaches your rekt account. Your payment provider may charge its own fees, but rekt passes no additional charge to you.

The same applies to withdrawals: we do not deduct fees from your requested amount. Your bank (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) may charge a standard transfer fee, but this is between you and your bank. rekt processes your withdrawal request free of charge. Any fees you see are from your payment provider or bank, not from rekt.

When you submit a withdrawal request on rekt, our team reviews it to verify your identity and check for fraud. The review process typically takes 1–2 business days. During this time, your funds remain in your rekt account and are not sent to your bank. Once the review is complete, we approve or decline your request.

If approved, your withdrawal is processed to your registered payment method. Bank transfer times vary: some transfers arrive within hours, others take 1–2 business days depending on your bank and time of day. If you withdraw during a holiday such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take longer. Monitor your bank account and rekt dashboard for confirmation. If your withdrawal does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number.

Each method processes instantly for deposits. You choose your preferred payment method during checkout and follow the payment provider's on-screen instructions. For withdrawals, funds are returned to the same method you used for deposit. If you registered with online payment, your withdrawal goes back to e-wallet.
